Backyard Banquet is a founder dinner series in New York, hosted by Olivia Cleary of The Clearly Collective and Maddie Weber of Sleepy Saturday. This page explains what happens to what you tell us.
What we collect
Only what you type into the invitation form: your name, phone number, email, company, why you’d like to be invited, and (if you choose to answer) who you know from past dinners and your humble brag.
Why
To consider your request and to get in touch with you about it, by email or text. That is the only use.
Who sees it
- Olivia Cleary and Maddie Weber, the hosts. Each request is emailed to them and listed in a private admin page.
- The services that run the site for us: Railway (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery).
We don’t sell your details or share them for advertising.
What we don’t do
No ads, no tracking, no analytics and no cookies. Even the fonts on this site are served from the site itself, so nothing about your visit is sent to anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as we’re organising dinners, or until you ask us to delete it.

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, message us on Instagram at @backyardbanquett and we’ll take care of it.
